On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-1090, dated 18 May 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 18 May 2015 a provisional administration to the closed joint-stock company Insurance Company Avangard Polis (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3920; location: 6 Shlyuzovaya Naberezhnaya, bldg. 4, Moscow, 115114; TIN 7705824257, PSRN 1077764779510; hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the improper execution of solvency recovery plan by the Company.

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Natalia Biryukova (mailing address: Ramensky District, Moscow Region, 140125, Chulkovo post office, for N.V. Biryukova), receiver, member of non-profit partnership Managers and Receivers Association (address: 32 Nizhegorodskaya St., bldg. 15, Moscow, 109029), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the Company.
