On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-412 dated 26 March 2014 ‘On the Appointment of a Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Sovincom, Limited Liability Company, or CB Sovincom LLC, Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-1048 dated 16 May 2014):

— to withdraw Oksana Vechkanova, chief economist of the banking supervision section No. 5 of the Moscow Regional Division 2, from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Sovincom, limited liability company, from 16 May 2014;

— to appoint Natalia Rybakova, chief legal adviser of the on-site supervision legal support sector, the banking supervision legal support section of the Legal Division of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District, a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Sovincom, limited liability company, from 16 May 2014.
