On appointment of provisional administration of CB BFG-Credit LLC

In compliance with Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ by its Order No. OD-1207, dated 12 April 2016, the Bank of Russia appointed a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Commercial Bank BFG-Credit, limited liability company, or CB BFG-Credit LLC (Registration No. 3068) for a six-month term from 12 April 2016.

The powers of executive bodies of CB BFG-Credit LLC are suspended for the term of activity of the provisional administration.

It is a priority of the provisional administration to conduct due diligence of the bank to find out its genuine financial position.
