On release of Bank of Russia Bulletin

Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 22 (1618) of 18 March 2015 has been released.

The issue publishes the decisions of the Bank of Russia Board of Director of 13 March 2015 on the reduction of the key rate to 14.00% p.a. and keeping the interest rates on specialised refinancing facilities unchanged, as well as the decision on including securities in the Bank of Russia Lombard List.

The issue publishes information on the registration and licensing of credit institutions as of 1 March 2015. The following Bank of Russia Orders are published:

No. OD-534, dated 10 March 2015, on updating provisional administration personnel to manage the Ust-Kut-based credit institution VLBANK, joint-stock company (Irkutsk Region);

No. OD-574, dated 13 March 2015, on updating provisional administration personnel to manage the Surgut-based credit institution Surgut Central Bank LLC (Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area — Yugra).

The section Non-Bank Financial Institutions publishes Bank of Russia Order No. OD-522, dated 12 March 2015, on the revocation of insurance licence from the limited liability company Insurance Company Promstrakhrezerv.
