On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-2431, dated 11 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to Praktika Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 0417, location: 5 Kulnev Street, 121170 Moscow; TIN 7713080072, PSRN 1027700397317; hereinafter, the Company), from 11 September 2015.

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2225, dated 20 August 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Alexander Ye. Kublikov (mailing address: P.O. Box 51, 107014 Moscow), member of the non-profit partnership Association of Receivers Vozrozhdenie (11 Stromynka Street, 107014 Moscow), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
