On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-2411, dated 11 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to AMKOpolis Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3582, location: 15, bldg. 4, Lubyansky Proyezd, 101000 Moscow; TIN 7710361452, PSRN 1027739920240; hereinafter, the Company), from 11 September 2015.

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2224, dated 20 August 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Igor V. Rekunov (mailing address: 16, apt. 38 Yelovaya Alleya, 236038 Kaliningrad; TIN 390400799802), member of the non-profit partnership Far-Eastern Interregional Self-Regulatory Organisation of Professional Receivers (post office No. 6, P.O. Box 95/36, 680006 Khabarovsk), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
