On cancelling qualification certificate

On 16 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AVII-016 qualification certificate No. 000762 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist to manage non-governmental pension funds with respect to non-governmental pension provision, compulsory pension insurance and professional pension insurance issued to Anatoly I. Puzyna.

The reason to cancel the certificate were the repeated violations of Russian pension legislation by Anatoly I. Puzyna, who acted as the sole executive body of the Joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Sunny Time (hereinafter, the Fund) when the Fund repeatedly violated Russian pension legislation and also Federal Law No. 115-FZ, dated 7 August 2001, ‘On Countering the Legalisation (Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Incomes and the Financing of Terrorism’, which resulted in the cancellation by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1930, dated 3 August 2015, of the Fund’s licence No. 15/2 issued by the Bank of Russia on 1 November 2007 to carry out pension provision and pension insurance.
