On cancelling qualification certificate

On 16 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series AVII-010 qualification certificate No. 000693 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist to manage non-governmental pension funds with respect to non-governmental pension provision, compulsory pension insurance and professional pension insurance issued to Anatoly I. Melnikov.

The reason to cancel the certificate were the repeated violations of Russian pension legislation by Anatoly I. Melnikov, who acted as the sole executive body of the Non-profit organisation Non-governmental pension fund Uraloboronzavodsky (hereinafter, the Fund) when the Fund repeatedly violated Russian pension legislation, which resulted in the cancellation by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1930, dated 3 August 2015, of the Fund’s licence No. 9/2 issued by the Bank of Russia on 27 April 2004 to carry out pension provision and pension insurance.
