On issuing copy of qualification certificate

On 17 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to issue a copy of series A qualification certificate No. 029540 (FCSM of Russia Certification Board record No. 2/123, dated 15 May 2003) of qualification corresponding to the position of a head or a controller or a specialist of an organisation conducting securities management and managing investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, to Aleksander Efimov (the city of Moscow).
