On issuing banking licence to OJSC ChBRR and OJSC Sevastopol Morskoy Bank

Due to the state registration of the Simferopol-based open joint-stock company Chernomorskiy Bank of Development and Reconstruction or OJSC ChBRR (Registration No. 3527) and the Sevastopol-based open joint-stock company Sevastopol Morskoy Bank or OJSC Sevastopol Morskoy Bank (Registration No. 3528) as credit institutions in compliance with Part 3 of Article 3 of Federal Law No. 37-FZ, dated 2 April 2014, ‘On the Specifics of the Functioning of the Republic of Crimea’s and the Federal City of Sevastopol’s Financial System in the Transition Period’, the Bank of Russia issued banking licences to OJSC ChBRR and OJSC Sevastopol Morskoy Bank, including licences to attract household deposits in rubles and foreign currency.

In compliance with the current legislation OJSC ChBRR and OJSC Sevastopol Morskoy Bank become members of the deposit insurance system.
