On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Perm-based credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK ECOPROMBANK or OJSC JSCB ECOPROMBANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2011, date of registration — 17 August 1992) (Order No. OD-2121 of 18 August 2014) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2122 of 18 August 2014) to appoint from 18 August 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK ECOPROMBANK for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Tatiana A. Bendik, deputy head of credit institution supervision section of the Credit Institution Supervision and Licencing Department of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Perm Territory, has been appointed as the head of the provisional administration of the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK ECOPROMBANK.

The provisional administration of the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK ECOPROMBANK also includes: O.M. Dorofeeva, R.O. Kharin, I.V. Ponosov, A.A. Sereda, S.G. Khudyakov, E.D. Bastanzhieva, N.O. Kryzhanovskaya, V.A. Loshmanova, O.A. Chekalina, O.V. Shcherbakova, A.V. Vasiliev, I.A. Slyusarev.
