On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Saint Petersburg-based credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Turbobank, joint-stock company, or JSC JSCB Turbobank, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-140, dated 21 January 2016, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-913, dated 17 March 2016):

to appoint Ye. N. Zorina as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Turbobank, joint-stock company, from 18 March 2016;

to withdraw K. A. Leushkina and D. V. Kudryashov from the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Turbobank, joint-stock company, from 18 March 2016;

to introduce Yu. G. Mezentsev to the provisional administration of the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Turbobank, joint-stock company, from 18 March 2016.
