On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company
By its Order No. OD-3161, dated 12 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 12 November 2015 a provisional administration to the joint-stock company Life Insurance Company Dostoinstvo (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4247; location: 18 3rd Khoroshevskaya Street, bldg. 2, office 316, Moscow 123298; TIN 7736607904; PSRN 1097746576905) (hereinafter, the Company).
The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2689, dated 7 October 2015).
The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.
Mikhail V. Storozhuk (mailing address: P.O.Box 7, Moscow 121467), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers SEMTEK (13/2 Novaya Basmannaya Street, bldg. 1, Moscow 107078), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
