On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 27 June 2014 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the Moscow-based credit institution open joint-stock company First Republic Bank or OJSC FRB (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1730, date of registration — 27 March 1992) and appointing the receiver in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1807 dated 17 July 2014) to terminate from 18 July 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company First Republic Bank appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-911 dated 5 May 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Open Joint-Stock Company First Republic Bank or OJSC FRB Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
