On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow dated 4 July 2014 on forced liquidation of the Moscow-based Atlas Bank, limited liability company, or Atlas Bank LLC (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3477, date of registration — 17 October 2007) and appointing the liquidator in compliance with Clause 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1804 dated 17 July 2014) to terminate from 18 July 2014 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Atlas Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-909 dated 5 May 2014 ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Atlas Bank, limited liability company, or Atlas Bank LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
