On Alexey Plyakin’s transfer to a post of the head of the Bank of Russia Volga-Vyatka Main Branch
By Bank of Russia Governor’s order, dated 17 June 2014, Alexey Plyakin, the head of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District (Moscow), has been transferred to a post of the head of the Bank of Russia Volga-Vyatka Main Branch (Nizhny Novgorod).
Since July 2013, Alexey Plyakin was the head of the Bank of Russia Moscow branch and from January 2014 the chief of the Bank of Russia Main Branch for the Central Federal District.
In October 2013, Alexey Plyakin was appointed a member of the Bank of Russia Board of Directors for a term of 5 years.
Alexey Plyakin’s appointment as the head of the Bank of Russia Volga-Vyatka Main Branch is made with due regard to his professional and management experience.
Oleg Kiselyov, first deputy head of the Main Branch for the Central Federal District, has been appointed its acting chief.
