On appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Saint Petersburg-based credit institution open joint-stock company HANSACOMBANK or OJSC HANSACOMBANK (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1734, date of registration — 25 March 1992) (Order No. OD-831, dated 17 April 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. 832, dated 17 April 2015) to appoint from 17 April 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution open joint-stock company HANSACOMBANK for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Konstantin A. Ivanov, head of contracts and claims section of legal division of the North-Western Main Branch of the Bank of Russia, has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company HANSACOMBANK.

The provisional administration of the credit institution open joint-stock company HANSACOMBANK also includes: D.V.Kudriashov, K.A. Leushkina, Yu.B. Borisov, Ye.N. Zorina, Yu.V. Bunina, S.Yu. Zaitseva, S.G. Stapeyev.
