On appointing provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 189²⁶ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Idealbank, limited liability company, or Idealbank OOO, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3491, date of registration — 20 November 2008) (Order No. OD-833, dated 17 April 2015) the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-834, dated 17 April 2015) to appoint from 17 April 2015 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Idealbank, limited liability company for a term in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’ until the arbitration court adjudication on the recognition of bankruptcy and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) or until the arbitration court adjudication on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Evgeni B. Vaisberg, chief economist of the banking supervision section No. 5 of Division 1 Moscow, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Idealbank, limited liability company.

The provisional administration to manage the credit institution Idealbank, limited liability company also includes: I.A. Pasyukevich, O.N. Dmitrieva.
