On reorganisation through merger

Far Eastern Main Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation pursuant to requirements of Part 5 of Article 23 of the Federal Law ‘On Banks and Banking Activities’ notifies on the initiation of the procedure of the reorganisation of the public joint-stock company Orient Express Bank through merger with the public joint-stock company Orient Express Bank of the COMMERCIAL BANK UNIASTRUM BANK (LLC).
