On appointment of provisional administration to insurance company

By its Order No. OD-3144, dated 12 November 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 12 November 2015 a provisional administration to the Insurance Company Derzhava, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3602; location: 3/10, bldg. 3, Elektrichesky Pereulok, Moscow 123557; TIN 7713290785; PSRN 1027739516078) (hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint the provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2700, dated 7 October 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Vladimir P. Semyenov (mailing address: P.O.Box 59, Voronezh 394030), member of the Non-profit Partnership of Leading Receivers Dostoyanie (7 Constitution Square, Room 315, Saint Petersburg 196191), has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
