On termination by DIA of its functions of provisional administration
Due to the decision of the Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow No. А40-154909/15 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK PROBUSINESSBANK (OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2412, date of registration is 7 July 1993) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-3146, dated 12 November 2015) to terminate from 13 November 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK PROBUSINESSBANK (OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY) performed by the state corporation Deposits Insurance Agency in accordance with Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2028, dated 7 August 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the State Corporation Deposits Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of Provisional Administration of the Moscow-based JOINT-STOCK COMMERCIAL BANK PROBUSINESSBANK (OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY) or OJSC JSCB Probusinessbank’.
