On cancelling licence of specialised depositary

Due to the repeated violation of Russian investment fund legislation, on 15 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel licence No. 22-000-0-00105, dated 11 May 2012 (hereinafter, the licence), issued by the FFMS to Interregional Depositary Company, limited liability company (hereinafter, the company), to carry out activity of a specialised depositary of investment funds, of unit investment funds and of non-governmental funds.

The company repeatedly failed to comply with Bank of Russia instructions while performing its licensed activities.
