On cancelling qualification certificates

Due to the repeated gross violation of Russian securities legislation, on 15 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel the following qualification certificates:

— series АI-001 qualification certificate No. 005418 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management issued to Nikolay A. Shilyayev, the sole executive body of Financial Economic Consulting, limited liability company;

— series AI-001 qualification certificate No. 002500 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in broker, dealer activity and securities management, series AIV-001 qualification certificate No. 002341 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in depository activity, series AV-001 qualification certificate No. 002649 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds, series AVI-001 qualification certificate No. 002771 of qualification corresponding to the position of a financial market specialist in the activity of specialised depositories of investment funds, of unit investment funds and of non-governmental pension funds, issued to Yury P. Urlapov, a controller of Financial Economic Consulting, limited liability company.
