On cancelling qualification certificate

On 15 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to cancel series АA qualification certificate No. 031077 of qualification corresponding to the position of a head, or a controller, or a specialist of organisations which perform securities management and also manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued to Sergey I. Bobersky.

The reason to cancel the certificate was the repeated violation by Sergey I. Bobersky of Russian legislation.

Sergey I. Bobersky acted as the general director of the closed joint-stock company Interfin CAPITAL Management Company (hereinafter, the management company), when the management company repeatedly violated Russian pension fund legislation which resulted in the cancellation by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2280, dated 27 August 2015, of licence No. 21-000-1-00016 to manage investment funds, unit investment funds and non-governmental pension funds issued by the Bank of Russia to the management company on 4 March 1997.
