On compliance of NPF with the requirements to participate in the system of insured entities’ guaranteed rights

The Bank of Russia has considered the application of the joint-stock company NPF Almaznaya Osen (Licence No. 23/2) and has drawn a positive conclusion on the compliance of the Fund with the requirements to participate in the system of guaranteeing the rights of insured entities, guided by the provisions of Federal Law No. 422-FZ, dated 28 December 2013, ‘On Guaranteeing the Rights of Insured Entities in the Compulsory Pension Insurance System of the Russian Federation When Forming and Investing Pension Savings and Making Payments out of Pension Savings’.

Based on the decisions made earlier, the Bank of Russia has already drawn positive conclusions on the compliance of 32 non-governmental pension funds with the requirements to participate in the system of guaranteeing the rights of insured entities. These funds control 1,580 billion rubles of pension savings, which account for 95.34% of the market of pension savings of non-governmental pension funds.
