On Bank of Russia adjustment ratios

Starting 16 October 2015, the following adjustment ratios are used to adjust the market value of a number of securities when calculating the value of collateral on Bank of Russia loans:

0.9:

for bonds of the public joint-stock company Bank Finance Corporation Otkritie with the state registration number of issue 40901776B;

for exchange bonds of the public joint-stock company Bank Finance Corporation Otkritie with the identification number of issue 4B020401776B;

0.8:

for bonds of the closed joint-stock company The Group of Companies Pioneer;

for bonds of the public joint-stock company Khanty-Mansi Bank Otkritie.
