On reorganisation of non-governmental pension fund

On 15 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to agree on the reorganisation of the Non-governmental pension fund of the open joint-stock company of power engineering and electricity Mosenergo through the establishment of a non-profit pension fund with its simultaneous conversion into the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Mosenergo OPS; to take a decision on the state registration of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Mosenergo OPS; to issue a licence to the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Mosenergo OPS to carry out pension provision and retirement insurance and to register pension rules and insurance rules of the joint-stock company Non-governmental pension fund Mosenergo OPS.
