On changing the program form for preparation of electronic documents financial market participants submit to the Bank of Russia

Starting 1 July 2014 the Bank of Russia introduces the program form for preparation of electronic documents equipped with XML-schema in version 2.16.3 and aimed at generating documents to be submitted to the Bank of Russia electronically with digital signature (hereinafter referred to as Program Form version 2.16.3).

The demo version of the Program Form version 2.16.3 designed to test and prepare remarks and proposals by the information exchange participants was made available on 23 May 2014 on Bank of Russia website in the section ‘Financial Markets / Financial Market Participants / Personal Cabinet of a Financial Market Participant’.

Starting 1 July 2014 the Bank of Russia will not accept electronic documents from information exchange participants not corresponding to the templates of the Program Form version 2.16.3.
