Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 44 (1522) of 16 May 2014 has been released.

The issue provides a list of credit institutions that comply with Bank of Russia rating requirements set for guarantors on Bank of Russia loans extended in accordance with Bank of Russia Regulation No. 312-P, dated 12 November 2007, ‘On the Procedure for Extending Bank of Russia Loans to Credit Institutions Secured by Assets or Guarantees’.

The Bulletin contains information on the termination of the activities of separate structural units of credit institutions PJSC TERRA BANK (the city of Kiev, Ukraine), PJSC FINROSTBANK (the city of Odessa, Ukraine), PJSC Finance and Credit Bank (the city of Kiev, Ukraine), PJSC CB FINANCE INITIATIVE (the city of Kiev, Ukraine), PJSC ACCENT-BANK (the city of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine), PJSC AVANT-BANK (the city of Kiev, Ukraine) on the territory of the Republic of Crimea and on the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol.

The issue provides information on adjustment ratios used to adjust the value of bonds accepted as collateral for loans issued by the Bank of Russia.

The Bulletin presents a list of bankruptcy commissioners authorised by the Bank of Russia to act as receivers in case of bankruptcy of credit institutions as of 30 April 2014.

The Bulletin highlights the following Bank of Russia Orders:

No. OD-964, dated 08 May 2014, on the termination of the activity of the provisional administration of the Moscow-based credit institution CB Monolith LLC;

No. OD-997, dated 13 May 2014, on the revocation of banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution OJSC Bank Navigator;

No. OD-998, dated 13 May 2014, on the appointment of provisional administration to the Moscow-based credit institution OJSC Bank Navigator due to the revocation of banking licence;

No. OD-999, dated 13 May 2014, on updating provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution OJSC JSCB Russian Land Bank.

The Bulletin provides information for clients of OJSC AF-Bank, OJSC Bank Zapadny and OJSC NBB from the Deposit Insurance Agency.

The issue presents information from the autonomous non-profit organisation Depositor Protection Fund on compensatory payments and acquisition of rights (claims) on deposits placed in PJSC TERRA BANK (the city of Kiev, Ukraine), PJSC FINROSTBANK (the city of Odessa, Ukraine), PJSC Finance and Credit Bank (the city of Kiev, Ukraine), PJSC CB FINANCE INITIATIVE (the city of Kiev, Ukraine), PJSC ACCENT-BANK (the city of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine), PJSC AVANT-BANK (the city of Kiev, Ukraine).

The Bulletin presents weekly general data on financial market sectors, as well as information notices by the Bank of Russia.

The Bank of Russia Bulletin No. 44 publishes the Bank of Russia letter No. 86-T dated 08 May 2014 ‘On Establishing Interbank Cooperation Channels’.

The Bank of Russia Advice section publishes the information letter No. 44 dated 07 May 2014 on practical implementation of the Bank of Russia Instructions No. 138-I dated 04 June 2012 ‘On the Procedure for Presentation of Documents and Information on Currency Transactions by Residents and Non-Residents, the Procedure for Transaction Passport Handling and the Procedure for Accounting and Monitoring Foreign Currency Transactions by the Authorised Banks’.
