On Bank of Russia decisions of 14 May 2014
On 14 May 2014, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:
1. To register the rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:
Vladimirsky Ratnik — closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by UNIVER Management LLC (the city of Moscow);
Doblestny Vityaz — closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by UNIVER Management LLC (the city of Moscow);
ADM CREDIT — closed-end credit unit investment fund managed by MAXIMUM Management LLC (the city of St. Petersburg);
GOTICA — closed-end private equity unit investment fund managed by TM-TRUST LLC (the city of Novosibirsk).
2. To remove information from the register of unit investment funds on the open joint-stock company KIT Finance Investment Bank acting as an agent for the issuance, redemption and exchange of investment units of the Alfa-Capital High Technologies open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Consumer Sector open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Bonds Plus open-end bond unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital MICEX Index open-end index unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Oil & Gas open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Metals & Mining open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Metals & Mining open-end mixed unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Utilities open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Equity Growth interval equity unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Finances open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Precious Metals open-end funds unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Commodity Markets open-end mixed unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC, Alfa-Capital Equity open-end equity unit investment fund managed by Alfa-Capital Management LLC.
3. To exclude Zemledelets, closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by SB-Capital Management LLC, from the register of unit investment funds.
