On the appointment of provisional administration

In compliance with Clause 2 of Article 17 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ and due to the revocation of the banking licence from the Moscow-based credit institution Ogni Moskvy Commercial Bank, a limited liability company (Ogni Moskvy Bank LLC) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2328, date of registration — 29 April 1993) (Order No. OD-1046 of 16 May 2014), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1047 of 16 May 2014) to appoint from 16 May 2014 a provisional administration to manage the credit institution Ogni Moskvy Commercial Bank, a limited liability company, for a term until the arbitration court ruling on the recognition of bankruptcy and starting bankruptcy proceedings (appointment of a receiver) in accordance with the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy) of Credit Institutions’ or until the arbitration court ruling on the appointment of a liquidator becomes valid.

Vechkanova, Oksana Yakovlevna, a senior economist of the banking supervision section No. 5 of Division 2 Moscow, has been appointed as head of the provisional administration to manage the credit institution Ogni Moskvy Bank LLC.

The provisional administration to manage Ogni Moskvy Bank LLC also includes Zh.V. Timokhina, N.I. Chelishcheva, A.N. Spirina, V.P. Arkhipov, S.V. Vasitsyna, A.M. Malashkin, I.I. Zimin, Ye.A.
