On termination by Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of provisional administration

Following the termination by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency of its functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Commercial Bank Poidem! (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2534, date of registration — 19 October 1993), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-519, dated 12 February 2016) to terminate from 13 February 2016 the functions of the provisional administration of the open joint-stock company Commercial Bank Poidem! the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2079, dated 12 August 2015, ‘On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Moscow-based Open Joint-Stock Company Commercial Bank Poidem! or OJSC CB Poidem!’.
