On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 26 January 2016, with regard to case А40-244375/15 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Russlavbank, joint-stock company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 1073, date of registration — 5 December 1990) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-526, dated 15 February 2016) to terminate from 15 February 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Russlavbank, joint-stock company appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3096, dated 10 November 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Russlavbank, joint-stock company, or BANK RSB 24 JSC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
