On termination of activity of provisional administration of insurance company

Due to the recognition of the closed joint-stock company Voskhozhdeniye Insurance Company (TIN 7734248992, PSRN 1027734001261, 67 Koptevskaya Street, Moscow, 125239) insolvent (bankrupt) and initiation of bankruptcy proceedings in compliance with Clause 2 of Article 183.12 of Federal Law No. 127-FZ, dated 26 October 2002, ‘On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the activity of the provisional administration of the specified insurance company was terminated from 4 February 2015.

The provisional administration was appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1975, dated 31 July 2014, for a six-month term.

The provisional administration was headed by Vladimir Iosiptchuck (mailing address: PO Box 8057, 63 Sokolova Street, Rostov-on-Don, 344000), member of non-profit partnership Siberian Receiver Guild (address: 10 Berezhkovskaya Naberezhnaya, office 200, Moscow, 121059).
