On 15 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took decisions to register:
the Rules of organised trading in the section Natural Gas of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Saint Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange;
the Rules of clearing activity of the Moscow-based closed joint-stock company Settlement Depository Company on exchange commodity agreements.
