On Bank of Russia decisions

On 13 October 2015, the Bank of Russia took the following decisions:

to register amendments and addenda to the Pension Rules of the Moscow-based joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund Gefest;

to register amendments and addenda to the Insurance Rules of the following entities:

joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund Gefest (the city of Moscow),

joint-stock company Non-state Pension Fund BUDUSHCHEE (the city of Moscow);

to reissue documentary confirmation of the licence to carry out pension provision and pension insurance to the following entities:

— non-governmental pension fund of the Open Joint-Stock Company of Energy and Electrification Mosenergo (the city of Moscow) due to a change of location,

— joint-stock company Non-governmental Pension Fund Erel (the city of Yakutsk) due to a change of name and location.
