To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Centrum Park Kaluga placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-01-60527-Н-001D to the additional issue of securities.

To register an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Samara Regional Energy Corporation placed through private subscription.

To assign state registration number 1-02-03860-Е-020D to the additional issue of securities.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company Control Systems placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-14608-А-002D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the open joint-stock company South-West Power Plant placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-03477-D-004D.

To register a report on the results of the additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the closed joint-stock company Siberian Geological Company placed through private subscription, the state registration number of the additional issue is 1-01-06361-К-001D.
