On 11 September 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to register amendments and addenda to rules of trust management of the following unit investment funds:
REGIONGASFINANCE — Second Real Estate Fund, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by REGIONGASFINANCE Management Company, limited liability company;
REGIONGASFINANCE — Real Estate Fund, closed-end real estate unit investment fund managed by REGIONGASFINANCE Management Company, limited liability company;
Fifth Land, closed-end rental unit investment fund managed by the closed joint-stock company Victory Asset Management.
