On updating provisional administration personnel

Due to the operational reasons and in addition to Bank of Russia Order No. OD-227, dated 5 March 2014, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Makhachkala-Based Credit Institution Commercial Bank of Social Development Dagestan, limited liability company, or CBSD Dagestan LLC Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-2103 dated 15 August 2014):

— to withdraw Garun M. Kabiev, chief economist of the non-bank financial institution monitoring sector of the banking activity financial monitoring, financial markets and foreign exchange control section of the National Bank of the Republic of Dagestan, and Bassir A. Abdullaev, category 1 economist of the credit institution supervision sector of the banking supervision section of the National Bank of the Republic of Dagestan, from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank of Social Development Dagestan, limited liability company, from 18 August 2014.
