On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow dated 23 June 2016, with regard to case No. А40-69103/16-103-76 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Public joint-stock company Agro-Industrial Bank Ekaterininsky (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2167, date of registration — 30 November 1992) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-2264, dated 15 July 2016) to terminate from 18 July 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Public joint-stock company Agro-Industrial Bank Ekaterininsky, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-903, dated 17 March 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Public Joint-stock Company Agro-Industrial Bank Ekaterininsky or PJSC Bank Ekaterininsky Following Revocation of Its Banking Licence.’
