On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of Moscow, case No. А40-52466/16-88-78B, dated 18 May 2016, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Regional Sectoral Specialised Automotive Industry Bank, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2767, date of registration — 28 March 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1840, dated 14 June 2016) to terminate from 15 June 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Regional Sectoral Specialised Automotive Industry Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-767, dated 4 March 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-Based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Regional Sectoral Specialised Automotive Industry Bank, Limited Liability Company, or LLC CB ROSAVTOBANK Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
