On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-921, dated 18 March 2016, to manage the Moscow-based credit institution StarBank, joint-stock company, or JSC StarBank the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1836, dated 14 June 2016):

to withdraw T.L. Leiba, V.V. Bobrov from the provisional administration of the credit institution StarBank, joint-stock company, from 15 June 2016;

to include M.I. Shalaginov in the provisional administration of the credit institution StarBank, joint-stock company, from 15 June 2016.
