On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of Ivanovo of the Ivanovo Region, case No. А17-1977/2016, dated 24 May 2016, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Joint-stock Commercial Bank Akcia, open joint-stock company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 927, date of registration — 30 November 1992) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1837, dated 14 June 2016) to terminate from 15 June 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Joint-stock Commercial Bank Akcia appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-729, dated 3 March 2016, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Ivanovo-Based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Joint-stock Commercial Bank Akcia, open joint-stock company, or OJSC JSCB Akcia Due to the Revocation of its Banking Licence’.
