Medical Joint-Stock Insurance Company of Irkutsk Region, open joint-stock company,

Governmental Insurance Company Podderjka, open joint-stock company,

SOCIETE GENERALE Life Insurance, limited liability company;

the form of licence to carry out a type of insurance of:

Medical Insurance Organisation Nadezhda, joint-stock company.
