On termination of activity of provisional administration

Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the Samara Region, dated 20 February 2016, with regard to case No. А55-31891/2015 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Samara Mortgage & Land Bank, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3026, date of registration — 4 August 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 189²⁷ of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-832, dated 14 March 2016) to terminate from 15 March 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Samara Mortgage & Land Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3287, dated 24 November 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Samara Mortgage & Land Bank, Limited Liability Company, or IPOZEMbank LLC (the city of Samara) Following Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
