On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 18 February 2016, with regard to case No. А40-247881/15-174-389 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Deal-bank, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3384, date of registration — 5 November 2001) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-838, dated 14 March 2016) to terminate from 15 March 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Deal-bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3589, dated 14 December 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Deal-bank, Limited Liability Company, or Deal-bank LLC (the city of Moscow) Following Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
