On updating provisional administration personnel

In order to update the provisional administration personnel of the Moscow-based credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ Limited or CB INTERCOMMERZ Ltd appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-268, dated 29 January 2016, the Bank of Russia decided (Order No. OD-510, dated 12 February 2016):

to withdraw K.N. Chirkov from the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ Limited from 15 February 2016.

to introduce Shalaginov M.I., Suvorov A.A. and Belyakova S.V. to the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank INTERCOMMERZ Limited from 15 February 2016.
