In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3287, dated 24 November 2015, to manage the Samara-based credit institution Samara Mortgage & Land Bank LLC or LLC IPOZEMbank the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-511, dated 12 February 2016):
to withdraw V.A. Shtanko from the provisional administration of the credit institution Samara Mortgage & Land Bank LLC from 15 February 2016.
