To update personnel of the provisional administration to manage the Moscow-based credit institution RUSSKIY STROITELNY BANK, joint-stock company, or JSC RSB BANK appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3660, dated 18 December 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-506, dated 12 February 2016) to withdraw N.I. Lykova from the provisional administration to manage the credit institution RUSSKIY STROITELNY BANK, joint-stock company, from 15 February 2016.
