On termination of activity of provisional administration
Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of Moscow, dated 26 January 2016, with regard to case No. A40-242071/15-38-659B on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank Eurocredit, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2957, date of registration is 4 July 1994) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law ‘On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)’, the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-501, dated 12 February 2016) to terminate from 12 February 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank Eurocredit, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3465, dated 4 December 2015, ‘On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank Eurocredit, Limited Liability Company, Following Revocation of Its Banking Licence’.
